August 8th through August 17th, 2008

WOW!!!  Will this year's show be an exciting one!!!  New potters are popping up on the roster almost daily!!!  Fun, fun work!  And sneak previews at our favorite "tried and true" potters are equally as tantalizing!

This show has really evolved into ‘the essence’ of “The Old Crow Valley”… All original pottery from nearly 40 artists, set amidst the gardens and orchards surrounding our wonderful old cabin, enjoying the bright light and warm days of Orcas in August.  What could be better!? And the roster of artists changes every year… just to keep the show fresh and fun!  This past year, we enjoyed offering the work of potters from Orcas and Lopez… to Maine and Vermont… and points in between. 

As we organize our 2008 artists, we’ll have an eye on functional wares, sculpture, and decorative pieces.  Of course we’ll have the demonstrations like before too!!  And this is where the Potters of Crow Valley really shine…. with always a great selection from Sharon and Mike Douglas, for example.
